Rooted & Rising was always meant to be more than an event — it was meant to be a homecoming. When I made the decision to bring this experience to Guam, the name took on a meaning I didn't even plan for. I'm going back to my roots. And I'm bringing something powerful with me for the women I love most — my island sisters.

Rooted

Honoring where you come from — your love, your grief, your story, your ancestors, your late husband, the woman you have always been. You are not starting over. You are returning to yourself.

Rising

Stepping beyond survival. Reclaiming who you are. Answering the quiet, persistent call inside of you toward the woman you are becoming — not despite your loss, but because of everything it revealed.

I'm a widow, a wife, a Chamorro woman, and a coach. I know what it feels like to look completely fine on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside. I know what it means to grieve a husband and lose yourself at the same time.

I also know what it means to find your way back — to yourself, to joy, to love again.

Rooted & Rising is the experience I wish someone had handed me. And bringing it home to Guam, to my island sisters, is something I have been called to do. I cannot wait to be in that room with you.
